We understand that plans can change. Because every Neon Artist sign is custom made, cancellation depends on the stage of your order when the request reaches us.
Before Design Approval
If production has not started, we will try to cancel the order and confirm the available refund after checking payment and processing status.
After Production Starts
Once acrylic cutting, neon work, wiring or logo preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible because the sign is made only for your order.
How To Request Cancellation
Send your order number, phone number and cancellation reason on WhatsApp at +91 8619674002 or email help@neonartist.in. Please use the same contact details used while placing the order.
Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, it is usually processed to the original payment method. Bank or payment gateway timelines can vary, so the amount may take a few business days to reflect after processing.
Important Notes
- Custom text, names, dates and logos are checked carefully before production.
- Orders cannot be cancelled only because of a spelling or design change after approval.
- Rush orders may move to production quickly, so cancellation requests should be sent as early as possible.
