How long does production take?
Most custom neon signs take 3-5 business days after order confirmation and design approval. Large, logo-based or outdoor reviewed signs may need extra time.
How long does delivery take?
Production usually takes 3-5 business days after payment and design approval. Delivery after dispatch usually takes 6-8 business days depending on your city, courier flow and package size.
Can I customize the text, font and color?
Yes. You can choose text, font style, color, RGB option, regular-to-large size and useful add-ons from the custom neon designer.
Do you make logo neon signs?
Yes. Upload your logo or send it on WhatsApp. Our team checks line thickness, readability and neon feasibility before final production.
What are Neon Artist signs made from?
Our signs use premium neon flex mounted on acrylic backing with safe wiring and India-ready adapters. They are lightweight, low heat and easier to install than traditional glass neon.
Can I use the sign outdoors?
Outdoor signs need team approval because weather exposure, wiring direction, mounting and location matter. Please choose the IP67 waterproof option and message us before ordering; IP67 alone does not guarantee every outdoor location is suitable.
Is RGB multicolor available?
Yes. RGB Multicolor Neon is available as an upgrade. It adds color-changing glow and the price updates instantly in the designer where available.
Can I order on WhatsApp?
Yes. You can send your text, logo, size and delivery city on WhatsApp. Product pages also share the product link and price when you use the WhatsApp button.
Do you provide warranty?
Eligible Neon Artist signs include 2 year support for sign manufacturing faults under normal use. Adapter and supplied accessories receive 6 months support. Physical damage, wrong installation and outdoor use without team approval are not covered.
What should I check before approving a design?
Please check spelling, names, dates, logo files, selected size, color and selected add-ons. Once production starts, changes may not be possible.
