By placing an order with Neon Artist, you agree that custom signs are produced according to the approved design, selected options and submitted customer details.

Design approval

Production starts after payment and design confirmation. Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates, logo files, sizes and selected options before approval.

Pricing

Designer pricing is calculated from text length, size, RGB, emojis and selected add-ons. Complex logos, outdoor signs and large commercial signs may require manual quote.

Delivery

Courier timelines can vary due to location, weather, courier delays or oversized packaging requirements.

Intellectual property

Customers must have permission to use uploaded logos, artwork, brand names or copyrighted material.
