Neon Artist offers 2 year warranty support on eligible custom neon signs. The warranty is designed to protect customers from genuine manufacturing faults under normal indoor use. Adapter and supplied accessories receive 6 months support.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing faults in neon flex or wiring under normal use.
- Adapter, controller or supplied accessory issue within 6 months where supplied by Neon Artist and used correctly.
- Support guidance for approved warranty cases.
What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage, acrylic cracks, scratches or breakage after delivery.
- Water damage on signs not made or approved for outdoor/waterproof use.
- Damage from wrong installation, wrong adapter, voltage issues or mishandling.
- Unauthorized repair, modification, cutting, rewiring or opening of parts.
- Normal wear, dust, stains or cosmetic changes from usage environment.

Warranty Resolution
After verification, eligible cases are handled through troubleshooting help, replacement accessory, repair support or replacement of the affected sign part as applicable. We confirm the next step after checking order details and issue evidence.
For best life, install your sign indoors unless it has been reviewed for outdoor use, keep it away from water, and use only the supplied or approved power setup.
