Every Neon Artist sign is made to order after design approval. Because custom signs are personalized, returns are handled differently from ready-made products. We still stand behind our work and will help fairly if there is a genuine issue.
Eligible Cases
- Manufacturing defect found on arrival.
- Wrong item or wrong approved design sent by mistake.
- Transit damage reported within the required window.
- Missing essential accessory after checking the package.
Report Window
Please report damage, defect or missing items within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order number, photos, unboxing video if available and a clear description of the issue on WhatsApp or email.
Non-returnable Cases
- Approved spelling, names, dates, colors, fonts or size choices.
- Minor handmade variation that does not affect use.
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, mishandling or wall drilling.
- Outdoor use without suitable outdoor or waterproof review.
- Change of mind after custom production.
Resolution
We first verify the photos, order details and issue report. Eligible manufacturing defects, wrong approved design dispatch or transit damage reported within the window will be handled through repair guidance, replacement accessory, product replacement or refund as applicable to the case.
